Yep I'm still having the same problems too, despite a call to Sky Support who talked  me through a load of setting changes which didn't help and then a new SIM and new profile which also hasn't helped. I think the only option is to move to another provider 😞

I'm only posting on here again as each time I encounter this problem, when I comment here, it suddenly starts working within half an hour 🤷🏻‍♀️ Do sky monitor these threads and act to try and resolve the issues?

Well posting on here worked again for the unreliable Wi-Fi calls to miraculously start working- I've made a call. Now I need to make another and have the same fault again - will this post also fix the problem?

This time it let the call ring and connect but I couldn't hear the other end (as usual) after which the calls wouldn't even ring out despite tiring Wi-Fi calling in and off... Let's try again?

I wish it was that simple! Commenting on here is the only thing that seems to get it working again, which is why I do it- it's so bizarre.

We have the same problem on two iPhones, a 7 and a 12. WiFi calling keeps disappearing, if you reboot the phone it re-appears but only for a couple of minutes and then disappears again.This has been going on a long time. A real pain as we have very poor  mobile coverage.

I don't think Sky look at these community posts, so most likely blowing in the wind hoping they'll do anything as a result.
