Because the lame chatbot says "hey why don't you ask the community if they know anything about this". That's why!!!

If the is the answer @Jmooresey , what is the question, soi how can us customers help you. The trick with the chat bot is to say nothing when it asks you any questions.

The question is in the title of this thread, where are my AirPods Pro 2, it's says in progress, coming soon. When is soon?

 

You say, the trick with the chatbot is don't say anything!!!  How does that work, you both sit there saying nothing,   Great conversation!!!

 

that doesn't work.

 

And if that chatbot says ask the community, which everyone knows are customers, not staff, for some help. Maybe just answering "how would we know, we are customers, we don't work for Sky" isn't helpful.

 

what's the point of the community if it's not helpful to each other.

Tne point of this community is where customers help each other but one thing we can't do is to give you a delivery date so keeping an eye on your account is all that you can do.
