trouble with returning items

so i upgraded my phone and this is my first time ever doing this my phone had arrived but the tracking hasnt updated for about a month now and ive tried contacting sky but it just says we can help you through text. whenever i go to swap updates it just says wait for your device to arrive which it has and it still has not updated... whenever i try and click the swap now i get an error and not just that on my bill it has 2 new phones and my old phone. the return progress is so confusing as i had no idea what to do as app hadnt updated what do i do so im not paying triple my bill? thank you

You do need to call Sky on 150 about this and when doing so remain on the line and say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
