For an insuance claim, I need a Proof of Usage letter from Sky Mobile but its proving difficult as Sky support say they dont provide this. To be clear I am requesting this for a non Sky supplied mobile device and so do not need a proof of purchase letter.
A proof of usage letter details the start and end dates the device was connected to the network using the sky mobile sim and highlights the emei of the device.
Anyone know the best way to get this letter as I am told its not achievable by Sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis comes up occasionally on the forums. Sky are quite adamant that they can't or won't provide this for non Sky devices. I can't remember seeing a thread on this subject with a suitable solution.
