transfering numbers

does anyone know why this is happining i have not recived the phone or sim yet tho that could be the problem but it is being delivered tommorow and does anyone know if sky has a skymobile app like giffgaff or is it all online and how do i go about transfering plastic sim to a e-sim on the iphone 15 pro max

If you have transferred your number from a different network to a Sky sim then this link explains how to convert it to an esim:
