Can 'attempted' calls be traced?

A company (vets) is claiming they called me over 16 times but my phone never rang, never showed any missed calls or notifications. The vets tell me 'the phone kept cutting off, with no option to leave a message'. I'm in dispute with them over receiving no after care following my pet having major surgery. Is it possible to find out what happened to these apparent calls? Thanks 😊

All you can do is to report this to Sky on 150 and ask them to get their team to investigate this for you.
