text message fails

My service checker still says no issues. Well there certainly is. Rely on my phone to contact the outside world and if I can't do that then what's the point being on sky and giving them money?

We're having the same issue too, all sims on the account are having the issue but can make calls

I too am having issues texting out. I'm not sure if they are working coming in either. Amy ideas how to resolve it?

My postcode apparently has no problems either. I have logged issue with sky and have had a text reply saying they will be in touch in 48 hours, even though it says no issues. I will believe it when I see it!

I'm in Burnley and unable to send texts. I get "message not delivered". Everything else works fine and I can make calls. Second issue in a month! Regretting moving to Sky Mobile it appears to be a very unreliable network!

Our family can't send or receive texts. Friends who are also with Sky have no issues - except when trying to text us ! & before anyone mentions it yes all bills are up to date & paid. Had the issue earlier today too, but then fine for a few hours.

Unable to receive and send text messages from android phone just within last few hours, reset phone took sim out and still no joy

It's not you!!! Or your phone!! It's the sky mobile network down, but seems to be mainly a problem with texts!!!
