I want to restrict my ring to 10 seconds and not go to voicemail,is there a way?

Voicemail can’t be switched off completely. But, to stop people leaving you voicemail messages, turn message recording mode off.
On your phone:
Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.
