swap

just ordered my new phone. I did the valuation to return my old phone and tghe value was £0. Obviously im not going to send my old phone back so how do i cancel the swap or can i just ignore

Hi @Hippi  sky will be expecting the swap so you will need to call them to cancel it. Call on 150 from your sky sim.
