swap

Not sure what's going on, i sent my old device back, and according to royal mail tracking my old device has arrived but earlier i got an email saying that they still haven't received my old device. And that it needs to be sent back or it will be cancelled after 14 days

Hi @v-alexandra  when did you send it back as it takes the company that deals with returns 2-3 weeks to process. If you still have your proof of postage then call sky on 150 to give them it.

I sent it back Monday and it arrived Tuesday, just concerned and thought that Sky would mention or send an email to confirm that they have my device
