Mobile repair & billing

My husbands phone has encountered an issue with the charging port, therefore has no phone at the moment. I logged the issue with Sky on Monday who sorted out a repair returns envelope and told me we would have it within 2 working days to send back. We are now on Thursday and no sign of the envelope, which means it's going to delay it further. Has anyone had this issue before and managed to successfully get any discount off their bill for the amount of time you were not able to use the phone? Thank you.

Not a chance IMHO.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
