Unless you've added the device to a Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance, or you are covered on house insurance or other phone insurance then no. 

It may also be a good idea to register the loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com

Sky mobiles are not sold with insurance included.
