Changing SIM

Do I need to change the SIM card if I change to a different SIM-only contract?

What do you mean by a 'different SIM-only contract'?

 

You can change your dataplan monthly to the available offers for existing customers.

Hi @Lin-Mac  as mentioned you can change your monthly plan to any shown in your account. If you choose one of the new plans at sky.com then that would come with a new sim and new number. You can't port from sky sim to sky sim.

...or if you mean moving to a new provider then they will provide a new SIM.  (For which you can use a PAC to move your existing phone number over)
