I’m unable to make calls. I dial the number or select the contact and it immediately cuts off

I'm trying to make outbound calls and who ever I call, the call just cuts off before even dialing, and I can't call sky for support and the robot chat was useless. 

For background, a few days ago I changed my sim to unlimited data. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. This issue only started 22nd Jan in the afternoon. I also have full bars and 5G.

I'm having the same issue. My child's school has been trying to call me as she's poorly and I'm not receiving incoming calls either so it's not your phone..

Maybe the network is down but there's nothing online about it and I can't call Sky to check. What a nightmare. I have issues with Sky mobile more than I've ever had with other networks.

I have turned my phone off/on and it seems to have done the job now
