sky mobile

I ordered a sky mobile at a sky stand in a local shopping centre. i have now logged onto my sky account and it doesnt give me any information about the mobile i have ordered. the man said i need to sign a credit agreement on the app but i cant find one on it please help

You might need to find out what account this was ordered on because if you are logging into the wrong one then things like the credit agreement will not show. When was this oder placed, was it today ?

hi thanks so much for responding, 

yes it was ordered about an hour ago and we have logged onto the account the man made us at the sky stand.

You need to give it longer than an hour as a further credit check will be undertaken which is why a delay will happen. If you fail this you will be sent a cancellation email, so I would leave it for at least 12 hours if not 24 hours then check your account to see if you can access the credit agreement.
