I ordered a sky mobile at a sky stand in a local shopping centre. i have now logged onto my sky account and it doesnt give me any information about the mobile i have ordered. the man said i need to sign a credit agreement on the app but i cant find one on it please help

hi thanks so much for responding,
yes it was ordered about an hour ago and we have logged onto the account the man made us at the sky stand.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou need to give it longer than an hour as a further credit check will be undertaken which is why a delay will happen. If you fail this you will be sent a cancellation email, so I would leave it for at least 12 hours if not 24 hours then check your account to see if you can access the credit agreement.
