hi ,

i phoned sky to order a phoe with them and they said it will take 72 hours for someone to contact me. is it usually by call text or email?

Probably neither. After the two credit checks are complete (it may take longer at a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
