sim replacement

Lost my spare sim ,how on earth do I request a replacement ,sky just leaves you chasing your tail ,hopefully somebody has a lay man's explanation of how to order a replacement, thanks in advance

It might be a spare sim but you have 30 days to activate it or it will be cancelled so should there be a time that you ever need to do this then you wouldn't be able to use this sim if it has been longer than a month since you received it.
