I converted my physical sim to an esim to ise in a phone . Phone sucked, so returned it. I deleted the esim, however, whenever I try to set it up on my old phone it says it is in use on another device?
Now the issue is, I can not order a replacement becuase I need to be able to receive a text message which is related to the esim number which is related to the lhone I returned.

Thank you. I tried the chat 2 days ago, and was told it was being escalated and 'would be resolved in 4 hours'. Evidentally this has not happened.

Just some quick feedback.
Appreciate its my fault, but in order to get a replacement esim, I need an activation code which is sent to the number I do not have access to. Surely email would make more sense.

Currently using the online chat now. I do not hold out much hope. The chat is still open, and I am messaging soneone now.
