I am abroad and can not receive OTPs from my bank.

Hi @KAT2103   you may have to call sky and report this. There may not be much they can do as it could be the overseas network blocking them, sky will have no control over that. You could try turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then do a manual search and try the different networks on the list that comes up.
