Ive got my physical sim and trying to activate it, everytime i go onto the site to activate it, it states i need to link my sky id, which i've already done and sends me back to the sim activation page.....thus sending me in a complete circle.
Is there a way to solve this issue?

Yes i've linked it with my main id for sky, i tried the help assistant pop-up which only directs me back to the sim activation page which doesnt solve my issue

Either use another phone to call Sky and have them activate the sim for you.
We can alert Sky's messaging team who will contact you via here tomorrow about the ID issue and not being able to get to the activation page.
