Hello,
I transferred my phone number to a new sky SIM (completed 2 days ago).
Everything is now working fine except the RCS chat is still showing the temporary number. So far I've tried turning that feature off and on again, updating the APN settings, checking my phone number is the correct one in my Google account, and restarting the phone (pixel 4a) after each attempt.
Is there anything else I can try?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would suggest that it your issue then so it might be worth ordering yourself a replacement sim as it will come with this transfered number so could well fix this issue for you, not sure if this link will work for you:
