replacement sim

Hi, there used to be an option on my account for me to order a replacement sim card whenever I want but have noticed a while ago it was removed and it was a headache to get them to send me a new sim. Has this recently changed or can it be a restriction on my account due to the amount of replacement sims I've ordered in total? Please advise 

You can check on your own account and let me know what options are given there.

Hi @b4u2  the option to order replacement sims in all customer accounts was removed some time ago. This is for all customers and was due to the amount of replacement sims being ordered without following any troubleshooting. All customers need to call sky to arrange any replacement sims now.
