An ipone i didnt order

I have a iPhone 16 max listed under my devices but I dont have an iPhone nor have I ordered one I tried to explain this to an agent but was just a waste of time. I did look at mac laptops buts that's all I did was look, anyone know what I have to do as I am getting nowhere with sky?

Hi @ErayMorehouse  have a look here, especially the section about unexpected deliveries. Almost certainly a scam is either taking or has taken place.
