problems activating new sim

I am trying to activate a new SIM card. The activation code sent to me with the new card is 6 figures. When I put in this 6 figure code it says the code must be a 7 figure code.

I can't ask for help on WhatsApp or via SMS number given on the help needed page as in both cases the message fails to be sent.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately there was no response using this method. I ended up calling and hopefully the sim card will be fully functional in a few days.
