picture messages
why am i being charged for picture messages i am not sending !!!!!

Hi @veryannoyed53 it doesn't have to be a picture message, sending things such as internet links will be sent as an mms. Very long text messages are sometimes sent as mms. You must be sending something that is being converted to mms if not pictures.

Turn off MMS on your device.

Sending web links, photos, gifs & adding text in the subject box can change the message to MMS. The only fix would be to disable MMS under the phone's settings.
