order clicked wrong package

i order mobile phone on line and clicked 1 GB data plan instead of unlimited can i change this

You will need to call Sky so they can cancel the 1GB plan for you and can order the unlimited one at the same time so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
