Very annoyed

I am a Sky Diamond subscriber & have been with Sky for 21 years.

i have been buying IPhones from sky since IPhone 3. I tried to buy the 17Pro Max to be advised that my credit was no good.

my Bank credit Score is maximum.

on checking with Experian I found that my Credit score was very bad. I contacted them & they amended my Credit Score to very high.

i have been trying to call Sky to complain but it's impossible to get any sence out of them. Any suggestions

There is nothing Sky can do even if you did get to speak to them as they can not overule the system if you have failed the credit check so you might need to leave it a while if you record has now been updated.
