old mobile number not transferred

Hi I signed up to sky mobile on the 3rd of December. My Sim is activated but my old number has not transferred over. I have contacted them 3 times and they have said I will get an email when it is complete. It is nearly 3 weeks later. I need my old number for obvious reasons. Can someone please help?

We're other customers... A bit limited on what we can do.

 

However, did you give Sky a PAC from a different network?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
