Can’t link Sky ID
I have been a sky mobile customer for around 4 years with the same sim contract, I ordered a new phone last week and no issues but I've ordered a new sim which still hasn't arrived and now I have been signed out of my Sky Mobile app, it keeps crashing when I try to log in and it won't let me link my ID and account online or in app so I can't roll my data on my existing sim. Please help!! It says my details and my account number etc don't match the details I entered when I ordered but they definitely do.
