i have been trying to get my esim working on a diffent phone after mine broke but not recieving the confimation code, starting to get very frustarted, as tried getting help the bot unable and just keeps senting you around and around in circlues.
sky shoudlnt be having this issue, i need my phone working, for work etc

no it has saying will be sent to the email, but nothing, when trying to request a new one and selecting the other number on the account which have access to as family memebrs then just coming up with sending failed
