Trying to order replacement e SIM without activation text
I am trying to order a replacement e SIM. To order the SIM it wants to send a code to the sky number but the number is not active in a phone I have. I can't activate the e SIM because it has been activated on my old mobile and I can't order a replacement without a code being sent to the number linked to the e SIM I can't reactivate. Does anyone know a way around this?

Re: Trying to order replacement e SIM without activation text
Is this what you are trying to do:

If so and you have no access to the old phone then all I can suggest is to call Sky to see what they say. At worst you might have to start again with a new phone number.
