hi my phone has just randomly started saying no service cant connect to network and i only have emergency calls

i dont know why its started doin this no settings have changed

any help would be very greatful

Have you tried rebooting your phone, if youhave done this and the same happens does anything show here for you:

hi thanks for your reply

there is no known service issues in my area

ive tried turning the phone on and off and tried connecting to the sky network manually but it says my sim wont let me

ive tried taking the sim out and putting it back in

i dont really want to reboot the phone because i havent backed up all my photos and such was hoping that would be last resort
