new voicemail phone services

tab at the top wont go away,tried going onto voicemeail it says no new and dosent come up with see old .so how do i remove the vm tab from screan?

Hi @sambanini666  try turning it so voicemail can't be left then restart your phone and turn voicemail back on. 

On your phone:

1. Dial 759.
2. Press 3.
3. Press 5.
4. Press 1.
