No mobile network in Venice

Since I arrived at Venice airport 25th June I have not had any service 7:30pm. I can't make call or use my mobile data. When I connect to the Wi-Fi in my hotel then I can access the internet. I used the step by step on your site to try and make it work but nothing works. Please can someone help,

There was a roaming issue yesterday morning which Sky reported has been resolved. See this thread

Hi @Daniel0210 

 

yes that's the link I tried and I woke up today to still no network.

 

Im about to go out, fortunately I'm with someone on a different network which works so I'm ok. But I would like some help as it's a huge inconvenience as all the tickets are on my phone and I'm having to rely on others to use my phone.

I am having the same issue with sky, it will not connect to Internet always telling me offline. I have tried everything and it's no use having a link that tells me it cannot connect as I am offline. I can only get online when I connect to hotel WiFi.
