new sim

i got new phone coming today do i need a new sim or still use the one i got

Hi @linclon  you can come use the one you have. If you added another one during ordering then that would have a new number so don't activate it if you did and it arrives.

@linclon  Simply use the existing sim in your old device, if you ordered a new sim/data plan don't activate it and it will drop off your account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
