Bereavement

Hi,

 

so my mum passed away and I'm looking to cancel her sim plan but it's not letting me and I tried to use virtual assistant and they went to cancel sky account now I'm stressing. I need to speak to a real person.

I can't get speaking to anyone, virtual assistant isn't helpful or calling.

If you are calling then try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot,
