since receiving a new sim from you i amd unable to connect to my network for calls and messages at all. can you please send another sim please a.s.a.p.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe are customers here so you are not talking to Sky so if you want to try another sim then you need to contact then perhaps via social media (links at the bottom of this page) if you don't have another phone to use to make the call.

If your phone supports eSIM you can get a replacement faster by downloading a SIM onto your phone. If your phone doesn't support an eSIM you would have to go through your Sky app or online portal to request a new SIM card sent out to you. Hope you get it sorted!
