network been down for a day, cant make or receive calls, no live chat. a joke service really.
Is there anything going on, I havent been able to make or recive calls all day, all week its been patchy, no support either no live chat just a bot. Terrible terrible service.

yeah i have seen and yup there is a mast down, thing is in times past I could have gone on live chat, now instead thats been palmed off on a useless bot. been with Sky 8 years but this honestly is the last straw its just a pathetic service. would not get this from other providers.
Just remember that Sky don't own any phone masts and any repairs are down to a third party. This may also be impacting other providers.

Yeah I get that, its just the fact you cant get on live chat, there's no email updates just the inane generic chatbot spewing out the same reguritated **bleep**. it should have at leastpointed me to the down checker but no, I had to google that. This is where we are now i guess, bills go up service and support goes down.
