Sky mobile voicemail not working

Hi,

recently ported my number over to sky mobile but voicemail is not working. Wont allow me to call 171 or any other voicemail related number. Initially worked for a few days but no longer. 
any help appreciated?

If calling 759 doesn't work either then all you can do is to report this to Sky by calling them on 150 and if you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. The issue is 150 is not working either for me. Any ideas?

Do you have any other home signal and if you do what is happening when you call  there  numbers ?

Can call all other mobile and landline numbers but not the voicemail and Sky number.

What happens when you try to call these numbers ?

Just goes directly to saying "call ended"

As you can't call Sky it might be worth you using social media to do this as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try.
