need replacement sim card

please can you send me a replacement sim card as it has not worked since i activated it weeks ago, can i be sent a replacement one please, for the newest number i got

Hi @jend66  replacement sims can't be ordered here or in your account now, you must call sky to get one.

i cannot call them, is there a text service i can use instead

They have social media links at the bottom of this page @jend66  but as far as I am aware the only way to get a replacement is by calling.
