need help transferring vodafone mobile numbers to sky

hi i changed 3 numbers from vodafone to sky mobile but the numbers wont transfer

With a Sky sim in your phone call Sky on 150 about this.

Hi @Fishyand+chippy  so confirming, you have 3 new sky sims ? You have activated the new sky sims ? You have given Sky your PAC from Vodafone ?

hi yes i have 3 new sims and they are activiated i filled out all info when signing up i filled in that i wanted to keep.my old numbers wasnt asked for a PAC number for each sim. just got a mail saying there was an issue with transfer of mobile number and is now paused i cant find a number to call them about this
