i cant get into my sky sim my phone asking for a pin i never set one up

I had to goto a shop to get the phone unblocked back to factory settings i lost all my data was dissappointed with sky but now they said sorry sent a new sim card...

You wouldn't lose all your data (stored on your phone) for a SIM issue.

Sounds like someone did an unnecessary factory reset on the device.

...or the PIN you are referring to is the phone PIN and not the SIM one.

Thanks but nothing would work so in the shop part of the texts and photos he could not save not to worry....
