Six digit code

My phone won't receive codes for my internet banking to authenticate it has previously but can't sign on as codes not coming through.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You will need to call Sky so they can take a report from you to pass through to another team to investigate this for you. 150 is the number to call them on.
