my phone and bank card has been stolen and what should i do please help

This link explains how to report a lost or stolen mobile to Sky https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-or-stolen-sky-mobile

 

It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com

If you have a device plan then you have to continue paying.  You would need to claim on any insurance you have for the loss.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
