Please can you confirm my order has been confirmed - as it went through i signed and then it crashed

If it doesn't and it has been more than 24 hours since you placed the order all you can do is to call Sky for an update.

If the order doesn't appear in your account or message centre then you will need to call sky for help. It's free on 150 from a sky sim.

Just placed an order for the new iPhone16 - bt the site kept crashing i did everything signed etc and chose account name to manage it just never got confirmation through as site crashed
