my mobile phone is not making calls out but does receive them

I got a new phone on Monday today is firday and the number was ported but I can not make calls out I get calls in.  I can send and receive texts and was able to make a whatapp call but when I try to call someone in my contact list it fails

What phone did you get so was it an iPhone 17 ?

Hi @Ingridalison  try this. 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Thanks for the suggestion I rang sky and after hours of trying to fix it I had to wipe the phone and set up again but working now thanks for all the advice
