As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

So last Thursday then so hopefully within the next day or two so if you get to Friday and you still haven't got it you can use the packaging the mobile came in if you have it or anything you can get hold then you will need to contact Sky so they can get the return label sent to you. They might email it to you if you are able to print it.
