Replacement sim

Lost sim and due to my broadband router not matching skys records just get runaround,with promises of someone calling me but never happens

I don't see how having a different broadband hub will affect Sky sending you a replacement Sky Mobile SIM card through the post. 

This is not something that can be sorted by fellow customers.

You need to contact Sky so they can get a replacement sim sent out to you:

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.
