mobile cannot connect to e bay

e bay tells me my version is obsolete  must update on updating i am told new version not available in my area

Are you trying to access the ebay website or do you use an ebay app, uf the latter have you tried deleting the app then installing the l;atest version from the app store ?

Hi @keithdavies  what phone and firmware version are you using? Sometimes old firmware versions lose security updates as they become older and manufacturers no longer support them. It could be this causing your issue.
